How the progress will be monitored?

These Project Managers keep a strict check on the employees assigned to you and make sure that work is delivered on time. Also you can interact with the employee/s or the project manager at any time to discuss the work.
How do I interact with Project Manager and the employees?
You can communicate with the employees and project manager through any instant chat messenger, e- mail, voice chat, voice conference, phone etc.
What is the infrastructure support available?
We have state of art infrastructure with power back ups, multiple high speed internet lines, Work back up support besides this skilled technicians are available round the clock to monitor the system.
How do you accept payments?
We accept Paypal, Credit Card and bank wire transfers.
How many leaves an employee is entitled to?
We allow 11 leaves per year for employees. The client is made aware of pre planned leaves well in advance. In case the employee leaves for longer duration we compensate the client by giving him temporary employee of the same caliber. We make sure that our clients do not suffer even if we have to go an extra mile to do so.
Who owns the intellectual property developed by the employee?
All work made by our employees belong to the client of Dew Infotech he/she is working for. This is a guarantee that you, and only you, can benefit from your investments.
How many hours per week does an employee work?
We guarantee 48 hours per week per employee. We are open 24/7 and if desired we can provide you manpower on Sundays too.
