Here is a brief description on how we work on Offshore Staffing model at Dew Infotech.
STEP 1: How we choose an employee for you
Through our HR department, we by working in tandem with best Human Resource consultants in the region, we shortlist potential candidates. These candidates are then grilled by our project managers, those passing the round with the project managers are made to talk to you or your representative, if you desire to do so. Once we are done with the process, the candidate is assigned to you. We also keep ample professionals in various fields with us to cater your immediate need.
STEP 2: How you assign work to the employee.
After selection of the right professional for you, he/she starts off with you using state of art infrastructure. The work can be assigned to the professional directly or through the project manager. You can communicate with the employees and project manager through any instant chat messenger, e- mail, voice chat, voice conference, phone etc.
STEP 3: Reporting and Work Monitoring.
Daily reporting is to be done by each employee to you and the project manager. Also we make it possible to upload the work (module wise) immediately on FTP (in cases in which it is feasible) for you to check it and comment on it. The managers will keep in touch with you to make sure that we are moving ahead on as per pre planned schedule.
STEP 4: Performance Evaluation.
On weekly basis the performance of employees working for you is evaluated by us and we recommend the same for you to evaluate the performance of employees and draw attention to any misunderstandings, short comings or any kind of feedback, to make things run even more smoothly, and efficiently. You will be contacted by our Program Directors time to time to ensure the best services to you.
